Carabiner are specialists in Education design, having delivered many successful schools that conform to a Standard Pattern Primary School Brief, contemporary Secondary School buildings, as well as unique projects that integrate specialised facilities for supporting students with differing needs.

We believe that education is a valuable gift to give our children, and that schools should provide a physical environment that supports learning and socialisation. We achieve this through working closely with the school and stakeholders to deliver facilities that meet their needs, supporting inclusivity and equity for learners of diverse abilities, maximising visual and physical connections to natural light and nature, enabling flexibility for changing programs, and minimising environmental impacts.

Cornerstone of the community

Schools are a cornerstone of the community, and often the first piece of civic infrastructure within new suburbs, providing an opportunity to establish a sense of place and identity. Sports courts, public open space and mixed-use facilities incorporated into the design not only provide benefit to the school, but enrich the greater community.
